Welcome to hongta.com! All of our products come with a 12-month warranty and can be returned for free within 30 days of delivery for approved reasons!

The same warranty applies to replacement products. This warranty policy only applies to HONYTA products purchased through compliant authorized channels.

Our authorized channel is registered under HONYTA on Amazon.Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm the authenticity and original condition of products sold through other channels.

Therefore, we are unable to provide warranty services for these products. If you have any questions, please contact us!

Return & Refund Process

How to return and receive a refund/exchange?
Step 1: Please contact our HONYTA customer service (contact us) and provide the reason and necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issue.
Step 2: Our customer service team conducts investigations and provides solutions in accordance with our policies.
Step 3: Both parties reach an agreement on a solution, and our customer service team provides return information (please do not send your return to the sender s address on the package).
Step 4: Return the product (if needed). When our warehouse receives a return, our customer service team will be responsible for the refund/exchange. You will receive a refund within 7 working days. The specific time depends on your issuing institution.
