Customers who have purchased goods from us should note that all return/exchange requests should be communicated to us within 30 days after they receive the item. When you receive your order, please confirm the product first. If you receive the product in good condition, you may need to bear the return shipping costs and please contact us in advance.
Sometimes items do get damaged during transit, or there is some form of manufacturing defect that makes the goods unfit for their intended use. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. it must also be in its original packaging.
In order to complete your return, we require photos of why you want to return it or proof of purchase.
